Friand

 Egg white             :-  5 

 Butter                   :- 150 g 

 Almond meal       :- 150 g


 Gluten free Flour :- 50 g 

Icing Sugar            :- 150 g 

Berries                   :-50g 


Instructions:-

1. whisk the egg white and icing sugar until they are white and frothy 

2. Mix together almond meal and flour 

3. Fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. and then add melted butter. 

4. Mix the berries and cook at 160 degrees for 14 minutes.
