Chocolate Brownie 


 Ingredients 

Name                        Amount 

Butter                          200grams 

Cocoa powder             75 grams 

Eggs                             4 

Caster sugar                 400 grams 

Vanilla essence             24.6 ml 

Self raising flour          120 grams 


Methods: 

1. Melt butter add cocoa, mix together 

2. Add 4 eggs and mix them together, add sugar and vanilla essence 

3. Mix together with flour 

4. Out into a suitable baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 30-40 minutes
